Data Deletion & Erasure Request

Every user has the right to request deletion (erasure) of their personal data, regardless of how they signed up — by email, phone, or a social login such as Facebook or Google. This right applies under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and comparable privacy laws worldwide.

Step 1: Submit a Deletion Request

Send an email to:

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide the email address associated with your OBC account. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed.

You can also delete your account directly from your profile settings while logged in.

Step 2: What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon your request, we will delete the following data:

• Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• Your login history and authentication records
• Your contest participation data and uploaded photos
• Your messages and interactions on the platform
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Step 3: Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete. Where the law allows a longer period for complex requests, we will tell you and explain why.
